Roof replacements built to outlast Kansas weather

Hail, wind, ice dams, and 100-degree summers — Kansas City roofs take a beating. We replace them once, properly, with a written workmanship warranty behind every nail.

  • Free drone inspection & photo report
  • Insurance-claim specialists
  • Lifetime workmanship warranty

Why homeowners call us first

A roof is only as good as the crew that installs it

Most roof failures aren't the shingles — they're the details underneath: skipped flashing, missing ice-and-water shield, starved ventilation. We install the whole system to manufacturer spec, not just the layer you can see from the street.

Our crews are our own employees, never day-labor subcontractors. The same foreman who quotes your roof is on site the day it's installed, and we don't leave until a magnetic sweep has cleared every nail from your lawn.

What's in every replacement

The full system — no shortcuts, no surprises

Every quote includes each of these. If a competitor's price is lower, check whether they left one out.

  • Complete tear-off

We strip to the deck and inspect every board for rot or soft spots — no roofing over old layers.

  • Ice & water shield

Self-sealing membrane at eaves, valleys, and penetrations where ice dams and leaks start.

  • Synthetic underlayment

A tear-resistant moisture barrier over the entire deck — not felt paper.

  • Drip edge & starter

New metal drip edge and sealed starter course so wind can't lift the first row.

  • Step & valley flashing

New flashing at every wall, chimney, and valley — the #1 source of hidden leaks.

  • Balanced ventilation

Ridge and soffit venting sized to code so heat and moisture leave your attic.

  • Certified installation

Installed to manufacturer spec by our own crews — what keeps your warranty valid.

  • Spotless clean-up

Magnetic nail sweep, debris hauled, and a final walkthrough before we call it done.

Materials & options

Pick the roof that fits your home and budget

We're certified with the major manufacturers, so you get the real warranty — not a generic one.

Most popular

Architectural asphalt

The KC standard. Dimensional shingles rated for 130 mph wind and a 30–50 year life. Best value for most homes.

Hail country

Impact-resistant (Class 4)

Rubberized shingles that shrug off hail — and often earn a discount on your homeowners insurance.

Curb appeal

Designer & luxury

Slate- and cedar-shake looks in a modern composite. Standout curb appeal without the weight or upkeep.

Longest life

Standing-seam metal

A 50-year roof that sheds snow and ice and never needs re-shingling. Ideal for low-slope and modern homes.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most single-family homes are torn off and re-roofed in one to two days. We stage materials the day before and don't start what we can't finish and dry-in the same day, so your home is never left exposed overnight.

Will you work with my insurance on storm damage?

Yes — storm and hail claims are a big part of what we do. We'll inspect for free, document the damage with drone photos, and meet your adjuster on site to make sure nothing gets missed. You pay your deductible; we handle the paperwork.

What does a new roof cost in Kansas City?

Most metro homes land between \$9,000 and \$18,000 depending on size, pitch, material, and how many layers come off. There's no honest way to quote it sight-unseen — the free inspection gives you a firm written number, not a range.

What warranty comes with the roof?

Two layers: the manufacturer's material warranty (25 years to lifetime depending on the shingle) and our own written workmanship warranty on the installation. Both transfer to the next owner if you sell.

Can you replace a roof in winter?

Yes. We follow manufacturer temperature guidelines and hand-seal shingles when it's cold so they bond properly. Kansas winters are workable — we just plan around the weather windows.

Do I need a full replacement or just a repair?

Not every roof needs replacing. If the damage is localized and the roof has life left, we'll tell you that and quote the repair. The inspection is honest either way — we'd rather earn the replacement when it's actually due.
