This policy explains what Sunday Roof Co (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website or ask us for an estimate, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have kept it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
When you submit an estimate or contact form we collect what you type into it — usually your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and a description of your project. We only ask for what we need in order to reply.
If you call us, we keep a note of the call and what it was about. If we come out to your property, we keep the measurements, photographs, and notes from that visit as part of the job record.
Like most websites, we also receive limited technical information automatically: your browser and device type, rough location from your IP address, which pages you viewed, and the site you arrived from.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare your estimate.
- To schedule inspections, the work itself, and any follow-up.
- To handle warranty claims and, where relevant, your insurance claim.
- To meet our legal, tax, licensing, and insurance obligations.
- To keep the website working and to understand which parts of it are useful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to do so; either way we will do it. Just ask.
We will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to lead records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we delete it if we find we have.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
